About the Event :
A lecture on Economic Contribution of Entrepreneurs was organized by Institute Innovation Cell, C.M.P. Degree College on 19th May, 2023. The Principal Prof. Ajay Prakash Khare talked about Entrepreneurship programme in India. He highlighted how students to become an entrepreneur in India. Dr. Archana Pandey, Convener of the IIC welcomed all the guests and discussed about some case studies regarding entrepreneurship, start-ups and innovation in business. Mr. Ashutosh Mishra gave the lecture on Economic Contribution of Entrepreneurs. He discussed about the role of entrepreneurship in economic development is substantial. After all, entrepreneurs don’t just build businesses and grow their personal wealth; they also impact the economy by creating new jobs and opportunities, driving innovation, and developing new markets, products, and services.

Event 2. Theme: Design and Innovation Thinking (Quarter: III)
Name of Activity: 2 days Workshop on “Gyanotsava” (Outreach Activity on NEP)

About the Event:
The event was organized by Nyas Kashi Prant in collaboration with IIT, Prayagraj on 7-8 April, 2023. The Convener of IIC with 2 Innovation ambassadors, a member of IIC and 4 student representatives have atteneded this event. A very informative lecture on innovation and NEP has been delivered by the convener of IIC, CMP Degree College. As it was held in IIIT, Jhalwa, Prayagraj, that’s why it is considered as an outreach activity under the aegis of Institute Innovation Cell, CMP Degree College under the category of self-driven activity. Number of renowned speakers also delivered their deep insights on NEP-2020. There were presentation by higher education institutes (eg. BBAU Lucknow, University of Allahabad, MNIT, CMP Degree College, etc.). There was a good interaction and discussion with Professors of different institutes.

Name of Activity: Seven-Day Workshop cum Hands-on training on New Methods of Mushroom Cultivation

About the Event:
The workshop was conducted under the aegis of Institute Innovation cell. In which number of lectures were conducted before each practical session. The resource persons are as follows- Dr. Alok Kumar Singh, Dr. Hemlata Pant, Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh, and Dr. anita Tomar (Scientist F). In this workshop students were learned about the basic and applied training and innovative methods of mushroom cultivation and their different consumable dietary products. All participants give positive feedback. Principal Prof. Ajay Prakash Khare give the blessing to the participant and told them that you all learn fruitful techniques and you can start entrepreneurship in small scale by doing other work.

About the Event:
The event was organized by the Institute Innovation Cell, under the category of Self driven activity in collaboration with Dept. of Chemistry, CMP Degree College. The motto of this event is to develop some skill in the students as well as other woman’s of below poverty line, so that they will become self-independent financially & can serve their family by earning money. Soft toys are always be the centre of attraction among the children’s and youngsters. That’s why, can provide a tempting platform for the work seekers with low investment and high income. Mrs. Savita Agrawal has taught the participants about the tricks and methods of teddy bear and puppy making. Ms. Ritu Agrawal and Ms. Ayushi Agrawal has also supported her in this training. The training / workshop was conducted for 2 days for proper serving of participants. Participants also gave their positive feedback about the workshop.
